A tortoise tries to find someone who will play with him at his own speed. Harry the tortoise wants to play, but Buster Rabbit, Stan Badger, and Sarah Mouse just speed past his friendly hellos. After attempting to engage a mushroom, a rock, and a pond, Harry is pleasantly surprised when Sam Snail joins him. The two play Slow Races, Heads In and Heads Out, and Turn Around and Turn Around Again, all at just the right speed.
